Lunch stop at the Crow's Nest

Next we made way to the Crow’s Nest Marina and Restaurant in Venice
which is a very popular stop-over for cruising yachtsmen, like ourselves.

We were greeted by owner, Steve Harner who was just awarded Florida’s Clean Marina Citation and who has recently opened an eco-friendly boat rental using electric and people-powered crafts. He was impressed with all of our boat’s unique features and hopes to add one to his fleet someday. Steve treated us to a most delicious lunch while we plugged our boat in at his fuel dock. Steve also didn’t bother to charge us for the 20 cents of electricity we borrowed!    www.crowsnest-venice.com

Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha

Thanks again Steve

Back on the water road again as we made our way through the rest of Venice.

On Lemon Bay we encountered our first storm,
which was no problem with our full canopy top and enclosure.
