Downtown St. Petersburg - Vinoy Basin
Departure Point - Electric Marina - www.electricmarina.com  Today's send-off went according to plan as Mayor Baker released the dock lines and gave us a shove off the dock just before 10am. Fox 13 was there to film the ceremony, as was St. Pete channel 38. The Green Armada boat and a representative from the kayak brigade followed us out of the Vinoy Basin as we headed south.
