The condition is very good-to excellent. Some have commented that it looks much newer than a 1999.

Things that were upgraded

·         We have a vacuum flush toilet- Everyone who comes on the boat comments that it smells like a new boat! The toilet uses a small amount of fresh water- I love it- It is always clean and no smelling the head!  We replace the rubber duck valves on the system each year to maintain (cost of about $10. and is a 10 minute job) and we clean when needed.

·         We also have (1) 80 gallon and (2) 20 gallon water tanks. We can hold a TOTAL of 120 gallons of water

·         Rick replaced the water lines with new hoses in 2005- we had a drip, which turned out to be a leak when we got in to see what was going on.

·         The gaskets on the storage doors were also replaced last year or as needed

·         We have someone who comes to our dock for maintenance on the engines, which was just preformed

·         A diver comes to clean the bottom every 5 weeks. It was hauled last fall & had bottom paint done. That is when we had the cabin professionally painted blue to match.   Most boats have the original gel coat- that was impossible to keep looking good.  I spent endless time waxing and cleaning it, it never looked the way we wanted it, but it looks great now with not all the maintenance.  It was expensive to have done, but well worth it.

·         We changed the shower door to open in- it gives more room in the toilet area.  The shower is fiberglass with a seat, and adjustable shower head.

·         We have new cushions- of course they match the pacific blue- The settee cushions are in excellent condition, I cover them to keep them protected.

·         We had the compressor on the refrigerator replaced when we bought her.  The refrigerator is wonderful- it has a little freezer that is perfect for us.  We do not believe in carrying a lot of meat-  It will hold  two weeks supply in that little compartment.  It runs off the solar panels, or shore power.  R

·         We have a Honda generator for the boat, bought in 2004- to be honest I think the only time we use it is to start it for maintenance.  But it is always nice to have on board if needed.  The solar takes care of everything for us.

·         We just replaced all the batteries on the boat. Why did we do it? Because they were on the boat when we bought her- good maintenance.

·         We also had an electrician look at the panel and replace wiring for the toilet

·         Glass was resealed- which is a maintenance job

·         We added air flow netting under mattresses for condensation.  In the cold weather moisture might be able to form under the mattress- Warm body cold fiberglass.  We do not have that here in the south.

·         We have a manual windless, which I use.  Talking with others about the electric- they are nice but could be trouble.

·         We do have the hard top bimini- It is much nicer than the canvas which some PDQ's have.  The solar panels are mounted on top of that.

·         We have a wonderful portable heater for the boat- propane, very safe.

·         The stove has 2 gas burners and has an oven, looks almost new. It bakes beautiful bread.

·         We have a new portable air conditioning unit, purchased last year-

·         New ST60 within the past month- Masthead transducer & display- new auto pilot

·         Dinghy/engine
