Rock Chalk’s Travels
We purchased Rock Chalk in 2010 and have since completed the Great Loop in 2011-2012. In addition, we cruised the coastal waters of Florida, the Florida Keys, and the Bahamas (Abacos, Eleuthera, and the Exumas). In 2013 we cruised back to northern waters and cruised Lake Champlain, The Richelieu and Chambly Canals, the St. Lawrence Seaway, and the Rideau Canal of Canada. She has safely taken us through 2000 hours and 16,000 miles, over 200 locks, three countries, and amazing dreams. We hope the new owners of Rock Chalk will find the same incredible experience.

Her comfort and safety are her foremost attributes. She has wide decks, an enclosed pilothouse, tons of storage, a shallow draft, and low air draft, all of which make her the perfect boat to cruise American Coastal waters, inland rivers, and the Great Loop. Add to that her excellent fuel performance, and you have a unique cruising trawler. Most of her hours are at her normal cruise speed of 8 mph. But the Endeavour has the ability to jump up to 16-17 mph, which has been invaluable in so many circumstances. Her attributes are too many to list here. You have to see the Endeavour to appreciate it. Make an appointment by calling Marc Colby at 512-963-5343 or email me at  44rockchalk@gmail.com.
