Immaculate condition. Never lived aboard. l800 hrs on twin Volvo 18hp diesels, never any water penetration in interior and absolutely odor  free. Has been continually docked with humidifier on.  Very low hrs  on use of air conditioning or heat. Recently serviced sail drive hubs, pins and propeller blades and bottom cleaned and  painted.
