The pilothouse of the TrawlerCat 40 will keep you completely out of the weather no matter how bad it gets.  You'll stay warm all winter or cool all summer.  This comfortable room is fully climate controlled by the central heat and air conditioning system whether at the dock or underway.  With three large windows forward, to large opening windows aft and windows in the side doors, visibility is excellent in all directions.  The steering station is laid out for safety and convenience.  All controls are right at hand.  There's ample space for any instrument you could ever want, even the popular large screen radars and chart plotters.  The pilothouse is open to the galley and salon so you're not up there all by yourself.  When the weather turns bad, this is the place to be.  Should you need to go out on the deck, you're never more than two steps away.
